The Power switch turns the light on and off, while the TIP SE’s main brightness settings—ultralow, mid, and high—are controlled by the Mode switch. You can turn on the light straight to turbo by holding the Mode switch for a full second. You have a choice of two operating modes: Demo mode shuts the light off automatically after 30 seconds of inactivity to save power, while in Daily mode the light stays on until you turn it off. You can switch between Daily and Demo with a simple press of the Power switch. The TIP offers big-light technologies such as Advanced Temperature Regulation to prevent overheating, precision digital optics technology for a long beam throw, and constant current circuitry for consistent performance. It has built-in overcharge, over-discharge, and short-circuit protection, and it stops drawing power automatically when fully recharged. Runtimes range up to 50 hours. Intelligent memory function turns the light on at the same setting as most recently used, and constant current circuit provides consistent flicker-free performance. Indicator lights under the switches let you know how much power is left in the battery. The TIP SE is rated IP54 water-resistant and is tested to withstand being dropped 2m to a hard surface.

Warranty
We provide warranty for our products for a period of up to 5 years. Within the period covered under warranty, we will repair or replace any Nitecore product that has ceased to function properly. Please refer to table below for warranty periods for different products. Warranty is applicable only to products and accessories listed.
Limited lifetime warranty: Upon expiration of their respective warranty periods, all Nitecore products will receive continuing support through our limited lifetime warranty. The limited lifetime warranty covers labor costs and maintenance with the exclusion of accessories or replacement parts.
Nitecore will replace malfunction products with an upgraded model in the same series or one that of similar performance for customers if replacement can’t be made within due time when certain products are discontinued or for other reasons.

Our authorized dealers and distributors are responsible for warranty service. Should any problem covered under warranty occurs, customers can contact their dealers or distributors in regards to their warranty claims, as long as the product was purchased from an authorized dealer or distributor.
NITECORE’s Warranty is provided only for products purchased from an authorized source. This applies to all NITECORE products.

NITECORE’s warranty service is rendered NULL AND VOID if
- Failure or damage caused by artificial destruction, unauthorized modification or reconstruction.
- Failure or damage caused by improper use, storage or maintenance (for details please refer to the user manual)
