Sandt Blades is owned and operated by Duane van der Sandt. He is a part time maker who spends a lot of time in his workshop producing knives that are meant to be used and which are easy to maintain. All his knives carry a limited 10 year warranty. The leather sheath is a combination right hand. The sheath can be disassembled so that the knives can be carried individually or together. A removable ferro-rod holder is also included on the sheath. This is an incredibly modular system.
