A larger version of the AA-powered, lipstick-shaped LA10 torch that won multiple design awards, the Nitecore LR12 2-in-1 Lantern Flashlight runs on an 18650 li-ion battery for a powerful peak output of 1000 lumens and a 900-hour maximum runtime. Twist the ring near the base of the light to extend the polycarbonate diffuser to produce a soft area light for your tent or picnic table. Twist to retract the diffuser and the LR12 becomes a flashlight, its beam enhanced by Crystal Coating and Precision Digital Optics technologies. The Cree XP-L HD V6 LED shines at four brightness levels, and has a 1000-lumen locator beacon for emergency signaling.
Built for convenience and portability, the LR12 is 4.2″ long, just over an inch in diameter, and weighs just 2.8 ounces. Its tailcap is magnetized for hands-free use in spots like under the hood of a car, and the flat cap design enables it to stand on flat surfaces like a candle. There’s a metal loop for connecting the included wrist strap. The housing is made of a lightweight and durable aluminum alloy, with a scratch and corrosion-resistant anodized finish. The light is rated IPX8 for water resistance, is submersible to 6.6′, and impact resistant to 3.3′.

Warranty
We provide warranty for our products for a period of up to 5 years. Within the period covered under warranty, we will repair or replace any Nitecore product that has ceased to function properly. Please refer to table below for warranty periods for different products. Warranty is applicable only to products and accessories listed.
Limited lifetime warranty: Upon expiration of their respective warranty periods, all Nitecore products will receive continuing support through our limited lifetime warranty. The limited lifetime warranty covers labor costs and maintenance with the exclusion of accessories or replacement parts.
Nitecore will replace malfunction products with an upgraded model in the same series or one that of similar performance for customers if replacement can’t be made within due time when certain products are discontinued or for other reasons.
Warranty Details
Our authorized dealers and distributors are responsible for warranty service. Should any problem covered under warranty occurs, customers can contact their dealers or distributors in regards to their warranty claims, as long as the product was purchased from an authorized dealer or distributor.
NITECORE’s Warranty is provided only for products purchased from an authorized source. This applies to all NITECORE products.
Unauthorised third party repair and modification voids NITECORE’s warranty.
NITECORE’s warranty service is rendered NULL AND VOID if
- Â Failure or damage caused by artificial destruction, unauthorized modification or reconstruction.
- Â Failure or damage caused by improper use, storage or maintenance (for details please refer to the user manual)
